Estate Planning
I have spent more than 20 years working with individuals and families to create plans that are right for them. A UCLA Law School graduate, I have made this area of the law my focus, keeping my practice personal and friendly, without the intimidation of a big law firm.
“Kristen was referred to us by friends and we are so glad we chose her to handle our estate plan. She is personable and made us feel comfortable throughout the whole process. She is knowledgeable and walked us through each step. We appreciate her kind and professional approach and highly recommend her!”

Caring for families for over 20 years
Living Trusts, Wills, and Powers of Attorney are important and valuable tools of estate planning. Reviewing older estate planning documents can prevent outdated distributions, replacing them with a cohesive plan that benefits you and your family.
Revocable living trust are the cornerstone of a good estate plan. You can be sure your loved ones know your desires, creating a mechanism that is easy to understand and orchestrate, with the added benefit of built in provisions for dealing with dementia and other medical concerns.
Adult children still need you
If your family is like mine, your adult teen/student is still dependent on you, with the expectation that you will help in a medical or financial emergency. However, once your child turns 18, you lose all rights! Your adult child needs to sign legal documents that give you the right to help him or her.
